Sign up now via phone and you can always cancel without a charge if within the hotels cancellation agreement…just read the small print!
Your ole Uncle BAZ is in Arkansas just now but departing for Germany on 12 January ’10 for some work and pleasure BUT back to the USA in time to make the Telluride Reunion. An eye injury in Germany back in late June finally brought me back to the USA for eye surgery in September. Some special serum for my eye situation was twice injected by needle into my eye with the third and final (I hope) injection taking place on Thursday of this week (5 Nov). Eye damages are not recommended so you skiers wear those goggles!
By email and phone I have been in contact with a number of ole Raiders whom we have not seen enough of in recent years. They include: Al Cassell, North Carolina; Bob Whitfield, California; Mike Flanigan, Alaska; Bruce Jones, Australia; Bill Henning, Montana; Jim Pattison, Illinois; Steve Foulger, Hawaii; Mike VanLaanan, Oberammergau, Germany. Mike is now an active duty Army Major stationed with NATO at O’Gau until 2011. Stop and visit Mike when you are back there anytime.
Since my last entry on the AFRC WEB site, I celebrated my 87th birthday on 18 May. Thanks to many of you who were kind to sent birthday greetings. I figure if I continue good living with good friends, I will reach my goal of 100 and will be celebrating with you Raiders at our 49th Consecutive AFRCSKI Reunion!! BAZZZZZ
