My uncle, Peter Kern died today at home in Maine. He lived in B'gaden in the '70's and was probably friends with many of you. They think he had a heart attack. No arrangements have been made yet.

Sorry to hear about your loss, however neither I nor my wife can place the face of Peter? Do you know more about where and what he did at B'gaden? And Why was he in B'gaden, was he stationed there?

Dear Kreichartinger, I'm sorry for your loss. Thank you for remembering the persons on this web site. I know Peter had many friends and aquaintences here. I knew Peter in B'Gaden and he even came to live in Duluth MN for a brief time. If he is your uncle, you must be one of Freddies children? I was friends with him also. Rudy Andersen, B'Gaden 1966-1970.
