I promise to buy Chiemsee. Hey the other places are gone. And I wouldn't mind Speers old house up by Skytop, his little studio that was always so loveingly tended it's small but it would be a great place to sneak off to and if I won the lottery I would have to sneak off, every ex-wife and girlfiend I ever knew would suddenly discover that I was the one after all, not to mention the one that I have never met but would suddenly be willing to over look that beer gut.... if it came with a view... and a suitcase full of money. What ever happen to the Old Frasdorf Lodge. Of course I would be happy to let you all doss there as well. In no time at all I would be broke again and no exactly who the friends are. I would be looking at Chiemsee again with Google on line. Maybe I should buy two tickets....

Hey, Joe! It's my concrete plan to win the lottery and purchase the Speer house :0) By the way, it's not called a 'beer gut' but a 'brewery growth' Jutta
