Not only will I miss out on the Hofbrau Haus, We're moving to an area rife w/dry counties. I'll be driving to the Missouri border (22 miles) to get my beer. And the selection there is pretty skimpy...very few micro-brews; mostly Bud & Coors products - yuck. (I've already had to do it while there shopping for properties!) Will probably go to Memphis (140mi) to do major stocking up. I have an HD F350 Ford 4x4 longbed, a dolly, and an ATM card. That should get me through month-to-month. krk

I know how it feels to live in a dry county. Did it for 8 years when I lived by Fort Knox. Luckily, we only had a couple of miles to drive on post to frequent the clubs and just a few more to cross county lines. Good luck in your move and you could always fly back to Vegas for the weekend if and when we all get together again. I promise next time one of us will make an AFRC sign to put on the table!!!!

Hey Kevin You are just a short trip from St Louis and we have a lot of micro brews up here. Yes even that little one called Anhueser Busch. Also have a local liquor store to get Schnieder Weiss. Not to mention I always have a least a half case or so in the garage frig. I think you will love the Ozarks. I have a place at the Lake of the Ozarks here in Mo. Smitty (Chiemsee Summer of 81)

Dear Dave, You are my new best friend. We'll be driving to Thayer, MO to get beer and to West Palins to actually find a joint where we can sit down...even then the only place I found there was beer/wine. I'll keep you up to date w/move. ObnoxKev
