Wondering how to get ahold of Tom Wotjal?

I know most haven't heard from him... I think he might have passed but I am wondering if anyone can tell me if they know the location of Tom Wotjal? I would love to see what he is doing now days?

BILL: Tom used to live in Chicago but several years back he moved elsewhere. I'm not too sure but it was in the Southeast. I have tried for years to contact him. When I used to be the Assistant to the Director of Retired Pay Operations, here in Indianapolis, I had access to all the retiree's addresses. This operation moved to Cleveland and now the Navy contractors have this function and they are not talking to DFAS Indy. JIM

Thanks, as I am packing for another yet,(and last) overseas tour to Iraq, I thought it would be fun to contact him. Apparently everyone has tried, including you and a few others here. Paul Lambres had even an address in the south that I had checked out and there is no one there that even knows the name. Paul said it was from the 90's? So the guy either left that area or the planet? But wouldn't it be great to see how he is doing?
Speaking about retiring, I will be doing that when I return, I will be retiring. Hooah!
