Well Jim Dannie Grannie is a concern,rumour has it that he will be starting practicing for the october fest tonight(Friday) at the Nugget after not having a beer pas his lips for over 2 months.I will be there to give him some support but I think he can hold his own(spaten that is).I presume you will be there also. This is just to give some imfo on a non official Garmisch drink fest held near Lake Tahoe at a camp ground at Prosser lake. Every year a few of us from round here have a bit of a Beer Fest with Bavarian food,games puppet show for the kids and us grown up kids,oh yes and some beer,normally about 3 kegs of Spaten hellas and october fest and Keith Conboy brews some amazing German beer I think last year he brewed over 15 gallons. The event will be held at Prosser Lake campground a few miles north of Truckee California for a few days starting on the 20 th of september till the beer runs out or the 23rd or maybe the 24th of sept.I will be the host taking over from Keith Conboy who hosted it with great success last year.
