Good luck getting rid of AOL.
I once did a "Free 90 Day Trail" and decided to stay with the old company after about 2 weeks.
I called, I emailed, I wrote that I didn't want AOL.
They kept taking it from my account so i had the bank block them.
For 3 months nothing would happen and then the following month they would tak out everything out from the last past three months plus that month so it would be 4 months all at once!
That would be bad but st the time I was laid up and watching every penny.
I would think that i was close but with a 100 still and find out that I didn't have a hundred because back then i believ it was $30 a month and sunddenly I was shorter by $150.00 then I expected . this went on for oalmost 2 years until finaly a branch manager from my bank confided that she had the the same problem and so had others. The end result was to close the account and open another. I have been told that since then law has been changed so it wont happen in Washington State.
The damage just in over draft charges was amazing and not to mention that you are always checking to see if you actualy have what you think you should have in your account
