Anyone going to any of these places in April? Im getting a root canal in Bangkok, going diving in Bali, then going to Nepal on my yearly trip, if any ex garmischers AFRC people will be there let me know & we can have a Singha, Bintang or San Mig! Drew Failes

Just in case anyone is interested the best deals to Asia just now is with Cathay Pacific via Hong Kong. From JFK it is $1073 R/T to Bangkok, the flight to Hong Kong goes over the North Pole & takes only 14 1/2 hours, total to BKK 21 hours with 2 hour stop in HK. You also get a hefty amount of FF miles if you pay another $15, good food ,free booze & decent leg room. By contrast Business Class on Singapore Air Lines is $11,500!
