Hi Joe,

You stated my thoughts every time I look at the pics myself. I think it was a great education! It sure did my kids a world of good. Talk about having an open mind...nothing short of turning it inside out, I'd say! Keep watching there is MUCH more to come as far as pics go. This weekend for sure! This website has brought me close to Trevor Cox, which has been lots of fun sofar.

Let's hear more from you all!

Love

Barbara

Georgie:  You seem to be very impatient to see more pics.  What are you looking for??  I probably have a slew of incriminating ones of nearly everyone on the site!!  :)  Then again, maybe there are a few of those of me out there too.  Never mind.  Lots of photos of mooning, one of Robbie in the fountain at the H'brauhaus taking a piss.  We got kicked out immediately following that photo op.  Remember Sonjia?  She was on that trip.

Hey Laura,

I remember the story of Robbie in the fountain! It carried on for a long time! I wanted to tell you that we won't be able to enjoy those types of pics on this website. I was already admonished by the web-master for displaying Georgie in drag! I sure would appreciate pics of you and the family. Please e-mail some to my personal e-mail address. Hope all is well...and HAPPY EASTER!

Christine is coming to visit with my beautiful little granddaughter today! Very exciting.

Take care

Love

Barbara

It was a great time wasn't it. That time at Berchtesgaden , Chiemsee and Gramisch. We were so young once, back then. Some had shirts that said "just because I skied with you all day doesn't mean that I'll sleep with you tonight" there was the "Nuke the unborn baby gay whale" T-shirts that i saw after a few were brought back from a reunion in some place called Seattle. I hadn't been ther e yet and it was the first that I heard much about the place.
Everytime I see a picture it reminds me of a story, great times with good friends that have drifted away as we often do on the river of life.
I once read on one of the board on line about AFRC that life at AFRC was like life at summer camp and that every day was like a week, every week was like a month, and in each month we crammed as much as we might other wise do in a year. It was that way with skiing, dancing, drinking, loving, sailing. Life just seemed so full then.
It was a rather simple time. We were not to overly concerned with much more then what we going to do that day until we all got together inthe bar that night or the Farm house, or the Waldhiem.
I like to think of those people I saw in those photos barb posted. There was Chase in one photo looking much different then when I saw him playing the part of a downed WWII pilot on an unsolved mystery episode.
there ws Ron that taught me a little Cross Country skiing and scared the shit out of me by bringing me down a hill with his class. They had 3days of classes and Bob Divine and Fra Braun had the idea that I would learn to Cross country in one day and then take people out on full moon night. (it never happened)
There was Kieran on of the Maloney Brothers. I knew him but I worked with Emmet in Tours, along with steffani who was also pictured in there.
there was Kniel and his Mom whom I met on a visit. there was Pam Webber who I met when she first arrived and occasionaly hear of from Mike Hoffman also pictured.
I immediately remembered stored of the Waldhiem and the Annex. Ah Frasier Wilson ... or was was it Wilson Frasier..

Barb thanks for the memories. I could go on but there is a lot to do today and the sun is shinning on St. Patty's Dasy In Seattle.
