I remember SGM Sschwing, but do not know his location....BUT if you remember him, you may remember Col. Stanely Kanarowski?  He was comander after Col. Meyer........he is in Tacoma Washington! as a lawyer.

I don't remember Col. Stan, as Meyer was still there when I departed. Last I heard was Al remained in GAP after he retired. I believe he worked for AFRC somewhere there.
Does Col. Kanarowski have an Email address that you know of?

I heard from Larry Barrett that he is in Virgina and that Larry Barrett, does keep in contact with him...Larry lives in Lake Oswego, Oregon...good luck

Does anyone out there remember or know the where abouts of (by now retired) SGM Al Schwing that was in the AFRC Headquarters Sheridan Kaserne back in the 70's?

I've kept in close contact with SGM Schwing for 30 years. He did retire (in 75, I think) and stay in Garmisch with his German wife, Edith. They left Garmisch in the early 80's. How do you know Al?
