Hey gang, this is Rick Schnellmann, race team member in Garmisch 1977-79. I finally got to attend one of the reunions in Summit County, Colorado a couple seasons ago, met some old friends, and had a great time. I won't be able to make it this year, coaching calls, but I recommend anyone who hasn't attended one yet to try to make the effort to go. It really is fun to hook back up old friends and dust the cob webs off the our precious memories from those magical days in the Bavarian Alps. Thought I'd let you guys know what one of your Alumni (me) is up to in the skiing world. After 30 years of instructing and coaching racing, I've now produced a DVD instructional series that is selling around the world, and getting rave reviews. Excellent lesson plan, well done. Brings back
all the lesson memories of AFRC and other
places on the German Ski schools-you should
find a better way to market this material.
