Mike Rutkowski, How the hell are you? It has been a long time. We do have some catching up, I am in Brazil at the moment (working for the Man) but I will call you upon my return. I have a  few quick questions, do you know the whereabouts of the rest of that gang? Are they all well? and do they go to these reunions? I had no idea about these reunions until I heard about this site at Freddie Richitinger's funeral. regards chas

I was in Berchtesgaden '76-77 & roomed w/ Paul Schnieder & Randy Ruttenbeck.  (man, would I love to find either or both of these guys!) Larry Lemke was down the hall.  I live in Boise, Idaho and will be in Utah for the reunion.  Anyone passing thru Boise is welcomed to stop either way & I can get comps for Bogus Basin Ski Resort.  (I'm a Mtn Host.)  Also, great skiing is near at both Brundage Mtn. (McCall) & Tamarack.

Chas, How are you doing? you don't know me, but I keep tabs on this site. Mike Rutkowski, Pat Dunn, Rob Graham have all been to reunions in the past few years. I never count them out. My data base is about 400 +/- at this point in time. The core group is AFRC from 71 thru 76 but we always have folks from the 60's as well as the 80's and even more recent. So, Please join us and let your contacts know as well. I woull like to add you to the data base. I could use your mailing address and phone numbers as well as your email.
Oh yeah, I lived with Don Oakland in Berchtesgaden in 73-74 and we lived together again in 75-76 in Bergen (after the service; we taught skiing at the Hochfelln).

Hi everyone!  Keep tabs on this site as well - GAP 85-91.  My husband, Kurt and I are planning on attending with Scott Hackney - we just saw each other over the weekend, and decided to make the journey together.  We're looking forward to some fun times, meeting some new friends, and hopefully seeing some old.


Thanks for planning the reunion, and we are looking forward to some of the famous Utah snow!!!!!  Let's see how it compares to Colorado!

Hi everybody, I am wondering if any of the crowd from Berchtesgaden in the late 70's and early 80's is going to this reunion? I guess my last post was too broad in scope and I got no replys, so I will narrow it down a bit. Is Mike Rutkowski, Link, Gary Emerson, Don Lasard, Ted Hassinger, Christine, Andy the bicycle guy, Jay Dana, Bob the photographer, Bob with the big dog named Sarge, Brian Dickson, Pat Dunn, Niel Folsom, Andy Frankel, Steve Whaley, Andre' or Hans S.?, Dave Oakland, Keith, Paul Schnieder etc...going to this thing, or any others from that crowd? And if they are not going are they still alive and does anyone know where they are. Later chas
